Canceling your membership is really easy: you just log in, click Manage Subscriptions -> choose your subscription -> click Cancel. That's it - no contacting support, no phone calls.
❓How do I get my 30% or 40% discount, and can I use it right after signing up?
Yes you can! When you subscribe for membership, you will get a special discount code that you can use at checkout on any order (be sure to log in to your account or it won't work!). This code will be usable immediately and will be emailed to you privately.
❓What payment methods do you take?
We take credit / debit card for membership subscriptions. We're working hard to implement other methods like PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer. Contact us at email@example.com if you have any payment gateway suggestions!
❓Is my credit/debit card information secure with you?
Our entire website is served over SSL with TSL 1.2 encryption, and we use PCI compliant methods to store customer card data directly with Stripe, so nothing sensitive is saved on our servers. Credit / debit card numbers are tokenized and vaulted directly with PayWhirl, which is PCI Level 1 certified. We take your security very seriously to provide you the safest shopping experience available online.
❓Can I share my discount with friends?
Unfortunately no, they will have to join Juku Club themselves. We track orders for suspicious activity, so please don't share your code with your friends. This membership program is exclusive to paying members and we want to keep that integrity.
❓What kind of contests / giveaways do you guys do?
Typically we ask our members what they want on their wish list and do a raffle to pick the winner. These raffles are exclusive to members so you have a much higher chance of winning than regular contests.
❓Tell me more about your Lifetime Warranty?
Our Lifetime Warranty applies to all purchases made while you are a member of Juku Club Premium. If any purchase is damaged or lost during transit, we will send you another one for free. If any purchase is damaged or broken at any point for the rest of your life while you are a Juku Club Premium member, send us proof in the form of a photo/video and we'll send you a brand new replacement free of charge. Abuse of this through intentional damage is not covered and will result in your membership being revoked.
❓Tell me more about your Price Match Guarantee?
Our Price Match Guarantee is available for members of Juku Club Premium. If you find the same item being sold in another retail store at a lower price than our membership pricing, send us proof via email and we'll lower our price to match theirs. Promotional items or sales being run by the competing store do not qualify for this guarantee, and the competitor must be a retail store, not a direct manufacturer or wholesaler. The quality of the item must be the same quality and make as ours, and the final price including shipping and taxes must be calculated before our Price Match Guarantee can be applied.
❓Tell me more about your Pays-For-Itself Guarantee?
Our Pays-For-Itself Guarantee is a unique policy available for all Juku Club members. It states that if you join and you don't save more than the entire membership fee within the first year, we'll refund you back the extra amount you paid for membership. You must be a member for the full year before the refund can be applied, and only the first year is applicable. To receive a refund, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org using the email you used to sign up for membership.
