Q: Is Juku Store a trustworthy site?

Q: Are Juku Store payments secure?

A: Yes. All payments are processed though PayPal or Shopify Payments; both are among the most secure payment processors in the world. Your credit card number is never shown to us nor do we have access to see it.

Shopify is a platform similar to selling on Amazon or Etsy -- they prevent merchants like us from being able to see your sensitive information by encrypting your data with the highest standard technologies available today.

A: We ship worldwide!

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Processing Time: 1-5 days

Shipping times:

USA: 3-6 weeks

Western Europe, Canada, Australia: 3-6 weeks

Other countries: 4-6 weeks

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be severely delayed.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free for orders over $40!

Below that amount, shipping rates may vary depending on the product.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team at contact@juku.store for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Q: Where is my product being shipped from?
A: Our products are shipped from all over the world due to partnerships with international artists and manufacturers, both within the U.S. and outside.

Q: I got my package today but it is missing an item. What is going on?
A: Don't worry! It's on the way. We ship our products one at a time as soon as they are ready so you get your item as fast as possible.

Q: What payment methods does Juku Store accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

About Changing Orders, Refunds & Returns

Q: What is your returns and refund policy?
A: If your purchase is not delivered to you within 60 days of shipping, we will give you a full refund.

If the item is lost in transit or arrives defective, we will send you a replacement for free.

If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase for any other reason within 30 days of delivery, we are happy to give you full store credit for your order.

**Note: Items given away for free (+ shipping) are non-refundable.**

Q: What do I do if my product arrives defective?
A: This rarely happens, but if it does we will refund or replace the defective item ASAP. We pay for shipping insurance for all your items.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by contacting us through our Contact Page. However, there is no guarantee that your order will be canceled on time -- it really depends on how fast processing takes.

We usually take 1-2 days to ship your order.

Q: Can I change my shipping address, color, style, size?
A: We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order from processing, but we will do everything we can to try. Contact us ASAP through our Contact Page. We have no control over packages that have been shipped.
