About Shipping

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide!

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: USA: 1-2 weeks

Western Europe, Canada, Australia: 2-3 weeks

Other countries: 2-4 weeks

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free for orders over $40!

Below that amount, shipping rates may vary depending on the product.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team at contact@juku.store for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Q: Where is my product being shipped from?
A: Our products are shipped from all over the world due to partnerships with international artists and manufacturers, both within the U.S. and outside.

Q: I got my package today but it is missing an item. What is going on?
A: Don't worry! It's on the way. We ship our products one at a time as soon as they are ready so you get your item as fast as possible.

Q: What payment methods does Juku Store accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

About Changing Orders, Refunds & Returns

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All retail products comes with a 90-days return policy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Juku Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at contact@juku.store or through our Contact Page.

You have 90 days from the day the item was delivered to you.

If the product is not delivered to you within 80 days of shipping, we will give you a full refund.

**Note: Items given away for free (+ shipping) are non-refundable.**

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by contacting us at contact@juku.store or through our Contact Page. However, there is no guarantee that your order will be canceled on time -- it really depends on how fast processing takes.

We usually take 1-5 days to ship your order.

Q: What do I do if my product arrives defective?
A: This rarely happens, but if it does we will refund or replace the defective item ASAP. We pay for shipping insurance for all your items.

Q: Can I change my shipping address, color, style, size?
A: We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order from processing, but we will do everything we can to try. Contact us ASAP at contact@juku.store or through our Contact Page. We have no control over packages that have been shipped.
