Rather than going through the hassle of returning your product, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just let us know at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for full store credit upon approval. That way you can get a replacement if it doesn't fit, or spend the store credit on something you do like.
Do you give refunds?
Yes, if the item is lost in transit for more than 60 days or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
If the reason you'd like a refund is not due to quality or shipping issues, you are eligible for store credit upon approval. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once a refund is approved, we will process it immediately. Your credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
