Returns & Refund Policy

 

Do you accept returns?

  • No, we have something better. Rather than going through the hassle of returning your product, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just let us know at contact@juku.store within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for full store credit upon approval. That way you can get a replacement if it doesn't fit, or spend the store credit on something you do like.

Do you give refunds?

  • Yes, if the item is lost in transit for more than 60 days or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
  • If the reason you'd like a refund is not due to quality or shipping issues, you are eligible for store credit upon approval. Please email contact@juku.store if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once a refund is approved, we will process it immediately. Your credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
